The most important thing carriers look for is a statement saying that mobile phone numbers and SMS opt in information are not shared with third parties for marketing. Without this exact wording, submissions get auto rejected.
Add a section to your Privacy Policy with this language:
SMS / Mobile Messaging Privacy. When you opt in to receive text messages from The After Glow Centre, for example by submitting a form on our website or providing your mobile number during enrollment, we collect your mobile phone number solely for the purpose of sending you messages related to our childcare services, enrollment, scheduling, billing, and program updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that directly support our messaging services (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted, but those parties are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
